The Fifth Edition. A very good full leather binding. 8vo. 20.0cm x 13.0cm x 4.5cm. [4pp.]/pp.138/pp.91/p.2-p.78/pp.71[1p.]/pp.106/[2pp.]/pp.101/[9pp. - Tables] + 4 folding engraved plates by 'W. Dolle fc.' Later full calf binding. Spine with 4 raised band and tan leather title labels. later marbled endpapers. Large folding frontis bound at the end. Printed title-page. Next leaf absent. Text begins on 'B3': "To the Right Honourable Montague Venables Bertie, Earl of Abingdon...". Clear English text throughout on toned paper. All 4 engravings also toned and foxed. Intermittent worm tracks to margins of some pages, also affecting the margin of one engraving. The large folding engraving: "The Antient Hunting Noats with Marsh's additions. Names of the Noats..." Is darkend along the folds, which have also been carefully strengthened. A scarce book - Especially with all 4 engravings" The 'Abridgment of Manwood's Forest laws' has a separate titlepage dated 1705, pagination and register. The other parts have separate pagination, but continuous register. With four final leaves of contents. ** 5th ed., but different date and imprint from ESTC T121423 .
